Elaine clarifies the 6 main roles we sustain, and what is important in each role to maintain our passion and purpose in life. The audience takes away a sense of vision, purpose and planning tools. This workshop format is 3 hours, and the presentation format is one hour. Workshop participants receive a multi-page workbook , cycle maps and planning sheet to help them discover and design the changes they really want to make happen. Balanced Living in a Complex World…Living an Intentional Life“Remove all hurriedness from your life” said John Ortberg’s mentor. Ortberg authored “The Life You”ve Always Wanted.” Elaine says, “BE intentional, not busy.” What kind of life do you really want? What excuses need to be busted for you to get there? Do you understand the interplay of achieving and connecting? This presentation gives the audience 7 take-home cards that will propel them into acting on getting the kind of life they dream of. Elaine is a graduate of the Hudson Institute’s Life Launch program where she learned how to put her own life on a storyboard and get moving forward. She accomplished many of her goals once they were in pencil, close to her. Elaine has been writing and speaking about life balance issues since l987 when Manitoba Agriculture hired her to write a series of newsletters to help farmwomen manage their multitude of roles. She has addressed several wellness conferences and women’s groups.
