Her passion is to encourage tired people to re-create the zeal for life God intended them to have. She offers resources to get your life on track again, with a purpose-driven plan.

Unlike the speakers who words you can't recall two weeks later, you'll find Elaine uses props and word pictures that stick. She discloses her own personal stories in a way that moves your heart to connect to the truth of God's faithfulness. She sows seeds of encouragement which root deeply in the soil of tired souls.

Speakers sometimes fly in and fly out. Elaine stays connected with her audience with personal coaching, private walks, and shared meals. She rooms with the guests, and shares the fun activities as well as the dishes. Her servant heart is evident as she shares tapes, books, and favorite resources that will follow-up with her phone conversations or emails that retreat goers request.

Elaine became a Christian at 15 and was baptized at 22. She is a deacon in the Mennonite Brethren Church at Boissevain, and leads the Purpose Driven Life Adult Sunday School group. She is a Christian writer, and member of INSCRIBE, the Canadian Christian Writer's Fellowship . Her freelance business is her ministry to encourage others "Seeds of Encouragement". Her strengths are winning others over, empathy, communication, life long learning and positivity. She loves to sing.

Elaine Froese is a Certified Professional Coach and speaker.

She is called to encourage others. Her fees for retreat speaking are based on a prayerful decision by the host as to what honourarium the group would like to provide. She expects meals and lodging costs to be covered by the hosting group. Elaine is willing to sleep in bunk beds along with the rest of the group.
